The Leadership Studies minor is currently under reorganization and may not be accepting applications for admission during the 2016-17 academic year. Contact Student Life Vice President Jeff Jordan (jordaj2@spu.edu) for additional information.

• A minimum 30 credits are required for this minor, including 15 upper-division.
• If you are in an SPU leadership position and advised through the Office of Student Life, , or the (i.e., RAs, SMCs, ASSP leaders, or STUB), you are eligible to apply.
• The practicum portion of this minor must be taken while you hold one of those leadership positions. 
• POL 4930 鈥�Leadership Practicum鈥� will account for 5鈥�10 credits. 
• You will take 15鈥�20 credits in three areas that include specific lists of existing courses in fields such as psychology, sociology, political science, communications, philosophy, and business.
