Spanish Studies (BA)

- A minimum of 51 credits is required for this major, including 25 upper-division credits.

- Plan carefully with your faculty advisor, because beginning and intermediate Spanish courses are offered alternate years.
- You are required to complete a Senior Paper and present it in conjunction with the Capstone seminar.
- You are strongly encouraged to participate in an accredited to accumulate the required number of credits and to expand your knowledge of the language and country.
- Also required is a Standardized Oral Proficiency Exam (or approved equivalent) and Proficiency (i.e., minimum of a “B-” in SPN 3110).
